No. Our members come from all backgrounds, and we value curiosity.

Is prior experience required?
No. We look for problem-solving ability, creativity, and a willingness to learn.

What is the expected weekly time commitment?
Plan for around 6–10 hours each week, including client work, workshops, and team bonding.

Is there a dress code for recruitment events?

Each event on the route lists its dress code: casual, casual presentable, or business professional.

Campus Casual: jeans or slacks, a top or sweater, and sneakers or casual shoes. Anything you would wear to class.
