Do I need to be pursuing a career in marketing to apply?

Is prior experience required?
No. While previous experience may help during interviews, it is not a prerequisite. We look for problem-solving ability, creativity, and most importantly, a willingness to learn. We value curiosity over a perfect track record!
What is the expected weekly time commitment as a consultant?
Plan for around 6-10 hours per week. This includes client work, team meetings, professional development workshops, and lots of team bonding!
