What does the typical project timeline look like?
We operate on a semester basis. Most projects run 10–12 weeks, kicking off in September for Fall and February for Spring. Throughout the course of the project, teams present a midpoint and final deliverable to formally showcase progress and results.
What does the team structure look like?
Every client is assigned a dedicated project team consisting of 6-8 consultants and 2 project managers. The team is overseen by a director to ensure all deliverables meet our quality standards.
Do you charge for your services?
As a registered non-profit organization, we ask for a donation that goes directly towards student development and the technical tools we need to deliver high-quality work.
